Bernard’s Story
Bernard Benedict from Nigeria was diagnosed with hepatitis B in 2019 after seeking medical care for health concerns. Although he has experienced symptoms such as chest pain and restlessness, he continues to prioritize his health through self-care, support from his family and healthcare providers, and a positive outlook. Bernard hopes his story reminds others living with hepatitis B that they are not alone and encourages them to seek support, stay strong, and keep moving forward.
