Michelle Liu, MPH, is the Senior Program Manager of Advocacy and Engagement at the Hepatitis B Foundation, where she leads the Foundation’s storytelling programs, including #justB and B The Voice. She works closely with people affected by hepatitis B, hepatitis delta, and liver cancer to share their experiences, amplify patient voices, and raise awareness around prevention, care, and the journey of living with hepatitis.

Prior to joining the Hepatitis B Foundation, Michelle worked directly with liver cancer patients and healthcare providers to advance education on treatment and prevention strategies. She holds a Master of Public Health from The University of Texas at Austin, where she specialized in Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences and conducted critical research on liver cancer prevention through hepatitis B screening among Asian American communities.

Michelle is passionate about creating meaningful spaces where people feel empowered to share their stories and use their voices to inspire change, reduce stigma, and connect with others around the world.
