Michelle Liu, MPH
Michelle Liu, MPH, is the Senior Program Manager of Advocacy and Engagement at the Hepatitis B Foundation, where she leads the Foundation’s storytelling programs, including #justB and B The Voice. She works closely with people affected by hepatitis B, hepatitis delta, and liver cancer to share their experiences, amplify patient voices, and raise awareness around prevention, care, and the journey of living with hepatitis.
Michelle holds a Master of Public Health from The University of Texas at Austin, where she focused her studies on Health Promotion and Behavioral Sciences and explored liver cancer prevention through hepatitis B screening among Asian American communities. Prior to joining the Hepatitis B Foundation, Michelle worked with liver cancer patients and healthcare providers to promote awareness of treatment and prevention strategies.
Michelle is passionate about creating meaningful spaces where people feel empowered to share their stories and use their voices to inspire change, reduce stigma, and connect with others around the world.
